Like to Shoot Stick? Got game? Are you a Hustler? Well then, come n'join us at the Swankiest Pool Hall in Madhattan, that being Amsterdam Billiards! You don't need a stick or know any trick shots to play with us. If you like playing an occasional game of pool at your local pub, whether that be 8-ball, 9-ball, 'straight' pool, or any other variation, you'll won't wanna miss this Fun Event!

As I'm Always looking for a deal, I've found out that Amsterdam Billiards has an Weekend PowerPlay, where up to 4 shooters can play on a table for SIX HOURS (11am - 5pm) for just $34! WHEW!! That's KRAZY MAN!!!

Our plan is to get to Amsterdam EARLY and get a bunch of tables next to one another and let the festivities begin. Depending on players' ability levels, we'll match people up. We might even have a mini-tournament for those who are interested.

Having been on a pool league years ago at Amsterdam Billiard's old home uptown, I'm not too shabby on the table. I'll be giving those of you who want a bit of instruction (top spin, backspin, proper stance, stroke, and even show you an easy trick shot that will amaze your friends!)

WE WILL NOT BE MEETING AT 10:30 AT BLATT. We will be meeting at Noon at Amsterdam Billiards. HOWEVER, we may make a quick short walk across the street to check out Blatt - so I'm leaving the information below.

BUT FIRST, we'll be meeting at 10:30 at Blatt - the largest and perhaps most famous Billiard Supply Company in the USA, which is conveniently located Just Down The Street from Amsterdam Billiards!

Whether or not your a pool shark or a baby minnow, Blatt is a fun place to walk around in. There's a LOT of kool stuff to see here. After a short walk-around, we'll head across the street to get our cues and start rackin'em!

Depending upon the amount of shooters who arrive, we'll split the $34 per table among us. Obviously, the more folks we have the better the price per person. For those of you who come later, come and find us and we'll throw you on a table which doesn't yet have 5 sharks.
